Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and oral motor disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to students' specific needs.
- Deliver direct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Travel between school sites as required to deliver consistent therapy services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold a valid license or certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working within school settings preferred.
- Strong understanding of speech and language developmental milestones and disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Ability to manage caseloads and travel between locations efficiently.
